The Uploads page is where captures enter Looq, where you watch them land, and where you give a site to the ones that arrived without one.

Columns give you the capture name, its site (or Unassigned) duration, file size, upload and creation dates, and progress. There's a search box, a Filters control, and a delete action per row — which soft-deletes and removes the capture from the unassigned list.
The upload wizard
+ Upload Capture opens a full-page wizard with four steps. It adapts to what you're uploading: with no RINEX in the selection, the base-station step can be skipped.
1. Site
Choose where the captures belong. Select an existing site from the dropdown, or Create New Site inline without abandoning the upload. Assigning a site is what lets processing start — captures uploaded without one simply wait.
Step 1. Pick a destination site, or create one on the spot. Next stays disabled until a site is chosen.
2. Upload captures
Add your .lmr capture files. Drop RINEX files here too, alongside the captures — that's what tells the wizard you intend to use your own base station. Looq reads each file's header as it lands, so the table fills in with real time windows rather than just filenames.
3. Base Stations
You're choosing how each capture gets its correction:
◦ Auto-base — Looq picks the nearest suitable reference station. The right answer unless you ran your own base.
◦ Local base — a base already saved for your organization, or the RINEX you just uploaded.
Choose a local base and Looq validates the RINEX and compares time windows: the base must actually have been recording while the capture was. Enter the base coordinates — decimal degrees, DMS, or projected site coordinates or run PPP to compute a precise position from the observation file itself. A map plots what you typed, so a transposed sign is caught before it propagates through the job.
4. Review
The destination site and every capture with the base it's been assigned. Flip an individual capture between auto and local here rather than going back. When it reads correctly, confirm — and processing begins.
Uploads are large. Captures run to many gigabytes. Please ensure that your connection remains stable during the course of the upload. Please leave the tab open so that uploading can continue in the background.
Captures that arrived without a site
Field crews often upload before anyone has decided where the data belongs. Those captures sit under Unassigned and hold — nothing processes until they have a home. Tick the ones you want to place and use Add to Site; you'll go through the same site / base station / review steps, and processing starts on confirm. The same flow re-assigns a capture that landed on the wrong site.
