How to Export Files From qApp

Looq offers a number of different file export formats that can be accessed from the Files menu in a Site. 

Ortho Imagery

The ortho imagery deliverable is provided in the following format:

• GeoTIFF file format
• Multiple Resolution Options
  • 6mm uncompressed 
  • 1cm jpg compressed
  • 3cm jpg compressed
• Projected in Site Coordinate system

As part of the Looq data processing pipeline, we perform automatic classification of the point cloud base on the ASPRS classification standards. We use the ground classifications to create a surface model for the ortho imagery creation. This is why we have vertical features such as cars, buildings, streetlights, etc. automatically removed from the ortho image.
