The Dashboard

The home page: folders, sites, and a running read on how many captures in each are still moving through processing.

Reading a row

Each row is a site or a folder, with a thumbnail, description, capture count, a status summary, and the dates it was created and last modified. The coloured dots in Capture statuses are the part worth learning:

Complete — Processed and ready to use. Artifacts are downloadable.

In progress — Uploading, queued, or processing. Nothing to do but wait.

Flagged for review — Automatically flagged to be reviewed by the Looq support team. No action is needed from you at this time.

A site with no captures reads No captures.

The star marks a favourite, visible only to you. The menu at the end of a row holds the per-row actions.

Search and filters

The search box covers site names and folder names — useful when support gives you a scan number and nothing else. The rail on the left narrows the list:

Favorites

A Show only favorites switch. Favorites are per-user and per-organization; nobody else sees your stars.

Capture status

Three checkboxes — Has failed captures, Has captures in progress, Completed recently — the last with a completion window defaulting to 7 days.

Tags

Filter by the org's tags. Reads No tags yet until an Admin creates some (Organization admin).

Last edited

A From / To range on when the site was last modified.

Clear at the top of the rail resets everything at once.

Three views of the same list

All three respect the search box and the filter rail. The map legend colours pins by dominant capture status — completed, processing, in review, uploading, cancelled, failed or unsupported, and no captures.

Organizing

+ Site opens the site creation wizard — see Creating a site.

Add Folder creates a folder at the current level. Folders nest.

Use the menu to rename, move a site into a folder, or delete it.

Deleting is recoverable — for 30 days. A deleted site goes to the Recycling Bin, where an Admin can restore it for 30 days. After that it's permanent. There's no separate archive state: a site is either active or in the bin.
