How to Export Files From qApp

Looq offers a number of different file export formats that can be accessed from the Files menu in a Site. 

Thinned Point Cloud

The point cloud deliverable is provided in the following format:

• LAZ file format
• RGB coloring
• Classification
• Projected in Site Coordinate system
• 10% the file size of the full resolution point cloud
  • Reduction in points on ground and flat surfaces
  • Preserves density for poles, overhead power, etc.

This file format is recommended for use in tools such as PLS CADD as it is lighter weight.
