Manager and Admin Roles
At the site level, Managers and Admin roles have the ability to share the data for a site to a new user.
When in an open site, the Share tab allows you to share the site with new users by inviting them to the platform.
Enter the new user's email address and select the role type, and they will receive an invitation via email. Email invitation occasionally get filtered into junk or spam, so direct them to check there if they do not receive it within a few minutes.
