Downloads start in the panel you're already working in. Pick what you want, choose the file types, and download — there's no separate export page to go to.
Capture files
1. Select captures
In the Captures panel, click a capture's name. The name turns blue and the row highlights; click again to deselect. Selecting is separate from the eye icon, so you can download captures that you don't currently have loaded.
2. Prepare Downloads
The button at the foot of the panel counts your selection — Prepare Downloads (2 selected). Press it and Looq finds the files for those captures. The reset arrow beside it clears the selection in one go.

3. Choose file types
Every file type starts ticked, and the total beside Deselect all tells you how big the whole download is — it can run to gigabytes. Untick what you don't need and the total drops as you go.

A capture offers up to six file types:

The full-density cloud in .LAZ format. |
Thinned point cloud |
A lighter cloud for software that struggles with full density such as PLS-CADD in .LAZ format. |
Ortho |
Stitched orthomosaic imagery in .TIFF format. |
Panos |
The panoramic imagery from along the capture path in .JPEG format. |
Track |
The trajectory the qCam recorded in geoJSON format. |
PPK report |
The post-processed kinematic report in .PDF format. It's generated when you download it, so it can take a moment. |
4. Download
Press Download. Untick everything and the button changes to Select files, staying disabled until you pick at least one type.
Only finished captures have files. A capture still processing has nothing to download yet — and its eye icon stays disabled until it completes, with a tooltip saying so. If the panel reports no downloadable files, check the capture's status first.
qPole and qSurvey deliverables
Same pattern, inside each module's own panel: Prepare Downloads at the foot of the panel, tick what you want, download.

Align before you download to incorporate survey control. If your project requires alignment to survey ground control, remember to complete the Align step before download.
