There is a menu bar that sits above every page. Learn it once and you always know where you are, whose data you're looking at, and how to get help.
Signing in
Go to client.looq.ai and sign in using your new (or existing if coming from app.looq.ai) login information. Initially you will land on the Dashboard. If you are new, you don't create your own account — an administrator invites you, and the invitation email sets up your login.
The top bar
![]()
The persistent top bar. Left: the Looq wordmark and the three page tabs. Right: the light/dark toggle, notifications, the organization pill, your account, and help.
Three tabs carry the main navigation:
• Dashboard — sites and folders, with the state of the captures inside them.
• Uploads — the capture queue: what's uploading, what's finished, what still needs a site.
• Admin — the Organization Admin area. Only appears for Admins and Managers. (These roles can be adjusted by an administrator in your organization.)
On the right: a light/dark toggle (the app remembers your choice and otherwise follows your operating system), the notification bell with an unread dot, the organization pill, your account menu, and a help icon. Clicking the looq wordmark returns you to the Dashboard.
Your role is per organization. If you belong to several organizations, the pill switches between them and everything reloads in that org's context — its sites, its uploads, and the role you hold there. If the Admin tab disappears after switching, that's why.
Notifications
The bell in the top bar collects processing events on your captures — processing completed, and captures flagged for review. Opening an entry takes you to the capture it refers to. Which events reach you, and whether by email as well as in-app, is set in your profile (Your profile).
