The control panel for your organization: who's in it, what they can reach, and the shared vocabulary everyone works against. Visible to Admins and Managers.
A left sub-nav lists five sections — Organization, Tags, Members, Sites, Code Profiles.
Organization

Organization details and branding. Contact details blurred.
Your organization's own record — display name, primary contact name, email and phone, and billing address — behind an Edit details button. Branding takes a logo (JPG, PNG or SVG, up to 5 MB) that appears in the app. This is also the contact Looq support uses, so it's worth keeping current.
Tags

The tag list, empty on a new organization.

Creating a tag: a name and a colour from the design system palette, with a live preview.
Tags are the org-wide labels that appear on site rows and in the Dashboard filter rail. Only Admins create and edit them; everyone else applies existing tags from Site Settings. That split keeps a shared vocabulary from fragmenting into forty near-duplicates. The list shows each tag's preview and which sites use it; editing a tag propagates everywhere it's applied.
Members

The member list. Names and emails blurred; roles, scope and status are as the app shows them.
Everyone with access, and what they can do. Columns: name, email, role, groups, sites, scope, last active, status, and per-row Edit and Remove. The Scope column is where a Manager's reach shows — All sites, or a named subset.

Inviting a member: full name, email and role. They receive an email to set a password and join.
Invite member takes a name, an email and a role. Invitees appear in the list until they accept. Changing someone's role takes effect the next time their session refreshes.
Keep at least one Admin. Every organization needs an Admin. Promote a replacement before demoting or removing the last one — the same guard blocks a sole Admin from deleting their own account.
Sites

Every site in the organization, with folder, tags, capture count and last-modified.

The Recycling Bin, with a days-left countdown and Restore per row.
The administrative view of every site — built for bulk management rather than browsing, and paginated. The Recycling Bin button top-right carries a count of what's in it.
Inside the bin, each soft-deleted site shows who deleted it, when, and how many days remain of its 30-day window, with a Restore action. Anything not restored in time is removed permanently.
Code Profiles

Code profiles for the organization, each with its code count. Looq Default is built-in and read-only.
Code profiles are the catalogues of survey field codes qSurvey offers when someone captures a point. An organization can keep several — one per job type, client or region — and each site is bound to one in its qSurvey settings.
The list shows each profile with its code count and Edit / Delete actions. Looq Default is built in, marked as such, and can't be edited or deleted. Inside a profile, each code carries a code, a description, a geometry type and a target layer.
