Security |
Send reset email for your password, plus a read-only account state — status, whether your email is verified, your identity provider, and verification. An Activity log shows IP address, last login, last seen and total login count. A note reports whether your organization requires SSO. |
Notifications |
Two groups. Operational — upload complete, processing complete, processing flagged for review — each with independent Email and In-app switches, on by default. Promotional & informational — marketing emails and product updates — off by default. |
Preferences |
Language. English is the only supported language today. |
Your email can't be changed. Email is your identity in Looq — you'd need a new account. Deleting your account is self-serve and permanent; your captures and sites stay with the organization.
